Product Warranties

The warranty you received with your Ebac dehumidifier will vary depending upon which model you have and where you bought it from. To find out the type of warranty you have and when it expires please use our online Warranty Checker. Please make sure you have the product serial number to hand.

Online Diagnostics & Repairs

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your Ebac Dehumidifier, you can use our online Dehumidifier Diagnostics Tool to help you diagnose the problem. Hopefully, it'll resolve any problems you have. If not then it will allow you to arrange a repair at our UK based repair center.
