Do I get a Guarantee?

Yes. There is a guarantee on all dehumidifiers excluding our clearance stock. Duration of guarantee depends on model.

How much do you charge for shipping/postage and packaging?

There is free delivery on all items sent to UK mainland locations. There is a delivery charge for orders sent to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or other non-mainland UK locations.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment our standard delivery areas are the United Kingdom and Channel Islands. For deliveries outside of these areas please contact us.

What if I don't receive a confirmation of my order?

You should receive a confirmation of your order at the e-mail address you provide when ordering within an hour of your order. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please call us to confirm our receipt of your order.

How soon will I receive my order?

Your order will usually be shipped from our warehouse the next working day after the order was received on a 2-3 day delivery service, but it can be up to 28 days.

You will be advised within 2 hours of your order being processed via email.

What is your return policy?

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return your order if you are not totally satisfied.

Should you be unhappy with your purchase please contact us so we can either exchange or refund your purchase.
